This sander is heavy, durable and rigid.. If it only worked! The belt stopped turning after 10 minutes of use on the first one I bought. I called customer support, they sent me a return label and a replacement unit. Great customer service. I received a second unit which broke in less than 2 minutes.. And these things are not exactly fun to carry back and forth to the UPS store. It's a 50 lbs machine! So good service experience, good product (it seems), if only they were not defective!!
